Your support plays an integral part in the success of the Lions Eye Bank of Texas. Contributions are used to develop and expand the eye bank’s education campaigns and to provide corneas for transplantation at no charge to patients in need of financial assistance. The following programs are ways you can contribute to the Lions Eye Bank of Texas.

With a minimum donation of $500, Lions Clubs and individuals will be recognized in perpetuity on the LEBT Wall of Honor. The name of the honoree will be cast on a permanent 2”x8” bronze marker on the wall of honor in the lobby of the Lions Eye Bank of Texas. The recipient will also receive a certificate and a Wall of Honor lapel pin.
The Fellowship was named in honor of LEBT Past President, PDG Eddie H. Munger who dedicated over fifty-five years to the Lions Eye Bank of Texas. PDG Eddie served as the eye bank President from 1980 – 1983. With a $500 donation, Lions Clubs and individuals will receive a Eddie H. Munger Fellowship pin and plaque.

For donation of $125, individuals will be recognized as Eye Bank Angels. Each recipient will receive a beautiful acrylic award engraved with their name, along with a lapel pin in the shape of an angel for the recipient to wear.
For a $100 contribution, members receive an attractive commemorative plaque in the shape of the state of Texas. Many groups award life memberships to their outgoing president, guest speakers, in honor of individuals on special occasions, or in memory of a loved one.
For donations of $100, members are recognized as visionary ambassadors. Ambassadors receive a plaque engraved with their name and a link signifying the year of the contribution. Visionary Ambassador memberships can be renewed each year for $100. Each year the membership is renewed, the recipient receives an additional link to add to the plaque.
Honorariums and memorials are also available in any amount. Acknowledgements will be sent for all donations made in honor or in memory of an individual. Please provide a name and address for the person to whom you wish the acknowledgement to be sent.
